Singapore: Supply Chain Asia Forum 2012, August 28 – 30, 2012

Supply chain excellence has become a key driver of value and competitiveness in most industries and geographies. Yet in Asia, the supply chains of multinational corporations—as well as those of local private and nationally owned companies—tend to be more fragmented and less competitive than their counterparts in the United States and Europe. By some estimates, some are three to five years behind the West and many are more in terms of technology adoption and innovation.

Supply Chain Asia will be hosting its 8th annual Forum in Singapore from 28-30 August this year. Focusng on Talents and Innovation in Supply Chain and participants to the event will be able to:

  • Network with key executives and senior veterans from the industry
  • Participate in open discussion involving the challenges innovation adoption and talents development
  • Learned niche supply chain and logistics techniques and tactics from technical tracks and workshops

SCAF 2012 aims to provide an interactive and application oriented platform to bridge the gap of knowledge and needs for supply chain in Asia. Besides engaging senior executives in high level overview of the challenges affecting the industry, those involved in managing and operating supply chain networks and operations will also come together to share their experiences in developing innovative solutions for the industry.
